Please note:

• All prints on Silver halide (traditional) paper and Fine art giclée paper are completed in 3 business days. "Ready to print" small orders can be completed in 1 or 2 business days, depending on workloads.

• All other products are ready in 5 business days

• Mounted canvases are completed within 10 business days

• To retrieve your photos, you can choose to pick them up in-store or request our delivery option

• Our calibrations: sRGB, D6500, GAMMA 1/2 .2

• We can only print JPEG and TIFF files. Save your JPEG in "Standard" format, otherwise it will not be compatible with our printers and your order will be rejected

• Make sure your JPEG photos are encoded in RGB (not CMYK), in 8 Bits/Channel mode (to convert using Photoshop: Image -> Mode -> RGB - 8 Bits/Channel)
